Job Title: Nurse Manager - Outpatient Behavioral Health
Department: Outpatient Mental Health/Addiction Recovery
Location: Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinics throughout Monroe County and Eastern Region (Geneva would be the farthest East to travel to)
Hours Per Week: 40
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8/8:30am-4:30/5pm
SUMMARY:
A clinically competent RN who is responsible to coordinate and provide oversight to the patient activity within their defined area(s) of responsibility. Supports the Director in the identification, plan, implementation, and achievement of departmental/unit goals and objectives; quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives. Serves as a coach and mentor to all staff and successfully builds and sustains positive collaborative working relationships in a multidisciplinary team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and maintains an environment focused on clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality care through staff engagement, visibility, and implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Supports high staff engagement and exceptional patient experiences through regular rounding and consistent leadership presence.
- Assists with the development of programs that monitor and improve patient care outcomes, ensuring staff accountability in meeting clinical goals and metrics.
- Collaborates with medical and administrative teams to align patient care goals, daily operations, and resource allocation; monitors budgets and staffing productivity.
- Provides clinical leadership and support, ensures staff competency, and assists in recruitment, development, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
- Serves as a clinical and operational resource, resolving concerns, guiding staff, and ensuring adherence to policy, regulatory standards, and best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Two years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership qualities and behaviors.
- RN licensed in New York.

- BS: Nursing (Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
