Laundry Attendant

Description

  • Thoroughly clean the laundry room on daily basis (sweeping, washing, wiping etc.)

  • - Checking item for damage, rips or stain

  • - Tidying up the unit closets

  • - Answering customers' queries (face to face, over the phone and phone and through emails)

  • Operating wash machines

    - Building friendly and professional relationships with clients

  • - Providing excellent customer service at all time.

  • - Cleaning out the washing machines, dryers and iron

  • - Completing relevant paperwork

  • - The ability to work under pressure and in a fast

  • - paced environment dealing with stressful situations and remaining in control at all times.

  • - Computer skills (email)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE: $18.10 - $25.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
