SUMMARY
To provide clerical support to the department of Food Services.

Responsibilities
Professionally and effectively communicates and receives information and distributes messages.
Implements orders received via computer for new admissions, diet or room changes.
Daily records patient menus according to diet order with correct room number and name.
Accurately modifies menus for allergies supplements and food dislikes/intolerances.
Assists patients and family in selecting menu. Adapts patient’s menu selection according to age, medical condition and food preferences. Accommodates patient food preferences based on religious, cultural and ethnic beliefs. Checks tray according to diet order.
