Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (Western United States) with DrugScan, a part of ACM Global Laboratories, is responsible for leading and managing a diverse, high-performing sales team to achieve sales and new business development goals by effectively allocating and utilizing resources and leadership skills.  This Regional Sales Manager role will be focused on growing and developing their Account Executive's to achieve success.  Call points for DrugScan include Pain Management and Addictions Centers.

Status: Full-Time
Territory: Western United States

Attributes

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to travel extensively in assigned geographic territories required
  • A minimum of 5 years of laboratory, healthcare or pharmaceutical experience in a sales management role required
  • Previous management training experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and  execution of a regional business plan, that achieves a predetermined monthly, quarterly and total annual sales objectives
  • Manages, recruits, trains, and retains diverse, high performing Account Executive regional team
  • Maintain complete records and submit and communicate regularly with Sales Director on pipeline, performance and  regional expectations
  • Accountable for regional sales budget
  • Ensure Account Executives are building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients through consistent communication by phone, visits and email correspondence
  • Work cooperatively with the various DrugScan’s department such as Customer Service, Lab Operations to facilitating meeting and exceeding the customers’ expectations
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and regional expectations; 
  • Continuously gather leads on potential clients and document in database;
  • Evaluate and identify improvement and development opportunities of the Account Executives
