Rochester Regional Health is seeking a BC Internal/Family Medicine, Geriatrics fellowship trained  physician to serve as Lead Physician for our Unity Geriatric Associates practice in Rochester, NY.  Unity Geriatric Associates is a diverse practice that provides a direct oversight of ongoing care for patients by providing office based care, inpatient hospital coverage, nursing home and assisted living facility care.

The  Lead Physician provides direct patient care, medical oversight and leadership over a multi-disciplinary team that includes 10 Physicians and indirect supervision of 25 APP’s. This position will be responsible for the coordination of clinical and administrative tasks, process improvement initiatives and quality measures of the practice.
