SUMMARY

As an HRBP, your coaching and counseling skills assist client groups to successfully develop a proactive, “big picture” mindset and improve business results and employee relations.

STATUS:  Full Time              

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday  

ATTRIBUTES

  • Five (5) or more years of HR experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities; superior customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects; work well under pressure
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy & Support. Provide strategic and tactical support to group leadership on HR and business-related issues that optimize business performance; provide strategic advice on operational restructuring; partner with business leaders to support processes such as recruiting and retaining talent and talent development
  • Performance Management. Work with business leaders to conduct fact-finding and formal investigations to address allegations of policy violations and/or workplace misconduct; conduct and document exit interviews to understand turnover trends
  • Policy & Procedure. Partner with RRH leaders and employees to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation; recommend updates to policies, procedures and practices to effect improvements in various departmental operations; ensure compliance with all RRH policies
