Quality Analyst

Fulltime Position

Previous experience as a Quality Analyst, creative approach when testing solutions, meticulous attention to detail, strong written and communication skills, be able to manage time and competing priorities, and be able to test with scripting tools and/or SQL.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Testing of .NET Applications, Store Procedures, SSRS Reports and ETL Testing
  • Designing and implementing test plans to verify new software features and bug fixes
  • Reviewing requirements documentation and creating test scripts
  • Ability to create clear, concise defect submissions
  • Knowledge of browsers and testing on various platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot software defects and identify root cause issues
  • Perform data validation by querying against various source databases using SQL
  • Possess excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
  • Have experience working on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
  • Design, develop, enhance, and execute comprehensive test case scenarios that will fully test end-to-end software
  • Identify deficiencies in software during testing and assist development staff with analysis and corrections

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • 4-5+ years of experience

  • Be a self-starter and work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Experience in Healthcare IT
  • Experience in entrepreneurial and innovative environments
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment striving for zero tolerance
  • An unrelenting passion to continually improve
