Sr. Admin Assistant- Executive Suite



As a Senior Administration Assistant in the Executive Suite, you're the first person greeting guests as they arrive in the building. You will welcome employees & guests and provide support and partnership to the Sr. Executive Assistant team.

STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Riedman Campus

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday


  • Minimum of 3 years prior administrative experience, or 1 year supporting of mid to high-level management in a healthcare environment
  • Advanced computer skills; word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and internet access
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization skills and the ability to work independently
  • Medical terminology experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


PREPARATION & PROJECTS. Prepares drafts of presentations, correspondence, letters, memos, contracts and forms. Provides preparatory support for Board meetings. Works on and exercises authority on special projects and confidential assignments as needed. Develops and implements policies, procedures and office practices.

ADMINSTRATIVE OVERSIGHT. Independently plans, directs, and oversees and exercises authority over administrative functions of the assigned executives' departments. Independently manages information of a highly sensitive nature while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment. MEETING MANAGEMENT. Provides calendar and meeting management ensuring appropriate prioritization, sequencing, preparation, follow-up, and closure.

Prepares meeting minutes, agendas and itineraries. Proactively obtains data and/or information to prepare assigned executives for meetings. Plans, organizes, and attends senior staff meetings and departmental staff meetings.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $19.75 - $26.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
