SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating, directing, and assisting with the completion of tasks assigned to Environmental Services personnel. Assists day-to-day operations, schedules and coordinates special ES projects. Works collaboratively with the Supervisor of ES to maintain operational standards and department goals. Provide superior customer service by modeling the Brand Promise and Core Values.

DEPARTMENT: Environmental Services

SCHEDULE: Days & Evenings

ATTRIBUTES

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

  • Two years experience in Environmental Services.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability.

  • Able to perform all essential functions for: Hospitality Assistant, Environmental Service Aide, Floor Care Technician. ​

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for developing daily work assignments.

  • Instructs and monitors cleaning techniques and procedures.

  • Consistent rounding of all areas of responsibility

  • Able to prioritize needs of department and use resources available to deliver expected outcomes.

  • Maintain supply inventory through daily monitoring; ordering supplies as needed.

  • Assists in department record keeping and QA.

PAY SUMMARY:
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE: $17.50 - $19.40
