Contract Program Coordinator - Experienced Nurse Recruitment


*This is a hybrid contract role*


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing various aspects of our programs, including requisition management, internal transitions, job refreshing and auditing, and data capture. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

STATUS: Full-time


DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquisition

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday; Days


  • One year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Energetic and passionate


  • Requisition Management: Coordinate through our Workday Applicant Tracking System any requested Requisition changes.

  • Internal Transitions: Facilitate smooth transition between internal candidates moving from different locations and/or units. This is inclusive of benefit status changes, locations, leaders, etc. Following appropriate standards and guidelines.

  • Job Refreshing and Auditing: Regularly review and refresh job postings to ensure accuracy and relevance. Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

  • Data Capture: Collect, organize, and analyze data and trends related to Experienced Nursing activities and outcomes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of projects and programs. Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for achieving goals and objectives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $55,500.00 - $70,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
