Summary: Plan, Prioritize, Coordinates, schedules, and performs equipment/system installations/repairs and oversees all work performed by Facilities staff

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, schedule and oversee Facilities work utilizing maintenance work request system and other leadership tools to ensure that all work is completed in a professional manner according to specifications, procedure and department schedules.

  • Supervises and coordinates the day to day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and associated equipment.

  • Responsible for ongoing staff development.

  • Establishes an internal and on-going cross training program to ensure that ]staff has appropriate knowledge and resources to perform their work effectively and to appropriately handle on-call functions for the department.

  • Mentors staff on a continuous basis to promote continual growth and development.

PAY SUMMARY:
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE: $27.40 - $38.25
