Reporting directly to the System Executive Medical Director of Cancer Care Services, this role offers a unique opportunity

Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of care, patient safety, and overall patient experience across the system

Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with our communities, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored, compassionate care

What You'll Bring
Leadership: Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within the healthcare industry, with a track record of driving organizational change and achieving measurable results


Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, aligning operational initiatives with organizational goals

Clinical Expertise: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with board certification in a relevant specialty needed

PAY RANGE: $450,000.00 - $550,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
