SUMMARY
The Data Privacy & Quality Systems - Intern, as a member of the Corporate Quality department at ACM will gain insight into how data structures are a value add in quality systems, how data privacy is structured within a professional environment, and the interworking of cross-functional communication within a clinical trials organization.

ATTRIBUTES
- Student Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete ROPA elements in OneTrust.
- Review legal agreements and pull out certain elements.
- Help draft questionnaries.
- Help draft Data Privacy Frameworks & Application.
- Assist with developing a privacy training plan.
- Assist with Privacy week planning.
- Help organize and keep up on current changes in privacy laws via West Law or OneTrust.
- Clean-up of master control (department structure, vault structure, or content).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $19.00 - $19.00
