Training Coordinator - Care Connect

SUMMARY

As a Training Coordinator, your exceptional ability to communicate and coordinate multi-faceted projects paired with your superior customer service skills allows you to successfully develop and implement training programs.

STATUS: Full time

LOCATION: Potsdam and Canton - other locations as needed

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology - Clinical Applications

Must have reliable transportation to make it to all the sites as needed. Onsite will be as needed with class sizes.

ATTRIBUTES

  • In lieu of degree, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
  • One (1) to three (3) years of project or event management preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training Management. Independently negotiate and contract with vendors to supply catering and other materials, ensuring that needs of customer are met and obtained within budget; complete supply and demand planning for Care Connect and Learning & Development (L&D) trainers; partner with L&D and Care Connect training managers to develop and maintain the master training schedule; manage courses and learners, including registration, generate course rosters, manage withdrawals and waitlists and create reports
  • Customer Service. Communicate with various audiences regarding learning event details, materials, schedules and/or changes

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $22.00 - $33.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
