Newly hired nurses on designated units are eligible for monetary bonuses.
Premium Add-On Pay
Our nurses have the ability to earn premium add-on pay as an Acute Care RN or additional add-on pay as an RN working in Emergency, OR or ICUS.
Newly licensed nurses enjoy pay increases during their employment with us.
Nurses earn up to an additional $1.00/hour for each certification earned plus a $1,000 bonus for the first certification earned, and $500 for the second certification.
Clinical Ladder Pathway
Nurses who advance on our clinical ladder receive a promotion at the bedside through growth in their skillset, a new title and monetary recognition up to $3.00/hour.
Employee Referral Program
For every successful nurse referral with 6 months or more of experience, the referring employee receives a $5,000 bonus.

Tuition & Student Loan Assistance
Growing a career means growing your knowledge. That's why we offer assistance to employees pursuing advanced nursing degrees.
Our tuition assistance coupled with tuition discounts, allow our employees to earn their degree(s) with little to no out of pocket expense. Tuition assistance rates for full-time employees are as follows:
- ASN to BSN: $4,000
- BSN to MSN: $10,000
Our Student Loan Assistance Program is a valuable benefit that helps nurses pay down their student education debt. Nurses can receive monthly contribution against their student loans, along with complimentary 1:1 student loan advisory coaching.

National Certification Program
