Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Geriatric Physician to join our Eastern Region team, providing diverse Geriatric Care in our ElderONE (PACE) program, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (Clifton Springs Nursing Home & DeMay Living Center). This role also offers exciting teaching opportunities with fellows and medical students.
Position Highlights
- Comprehensive Care: Deliver patient-centered care for older adults, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and complex medical needs.
- Teaching: Mentor Geriatric Fellows and medical students, contributing to their clinical development.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work with interdisciplinary teams, including ElderONE staff and SNF teams, for holistic care.

Qualifications
- BC/BE in Geriatrics or Internal/Family Medicine.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Moderate - Clinical - Moderate clinical roles are patient facing roles that require continual movement, including standing, walking, and lifting 20–50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling medical equipment and assisting with patient positioning. Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments. High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns. Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements.

PAY RANGE: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
