We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Gananda Primary Care practice, located in the welcoming community of Walworth, NY, just east of Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, supportive team while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance.
You’ll be working alongside one experienced Advanced Practice Provider and a dedicated nursing team, serving a loyal and established patient panel. The practice sees a broad, diverse range of patients across all age groups, allowing for meaningful continuity of care and long-term relationships.
This is an outpatient-only position with no OB and no weekend responsibilities. The call schedule is light—1 in every 15 weeks—and limited to phone-only coverage. With no inpatient or after-hours duties, this role offers the flexibility and balance many physicians seek.

PAY RANGE: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00

Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
