LOCATION: RGH & Monroe County ENT offices

DEPARTMENT: ENT

SCHEDULE: Days (Monday-Friday)

RESPONSIBILITIES/ATTRIBUTES

  • Inpatient, outpatient and hybrid positions available
  • Autonomous roles with team support
  • Open to new grads
  • Limited call | Additional compensation for weekends/holidays
  • Manage pre-operative and post-operative patients
  • Treat a wide range of acute and chronic ENT conditions
  • Strong mix of clinic procedures and surgical exposure
  • Provide comprehensive ENT care across clinic and hospital settings

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Moderate - Clinical - Moderate clinical roles are patient facing roles that require continual movement, including standing, walking, and lifting 20–50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling medical equipment and assisting with patient positioning. Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments. High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns. Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements.

PAY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
