Job Title: HR People Service Delivery Specialist

Department: Human Resources - Operations

Location: Riedman Campus - 100 Kings Highway South Rochester, NY 14617

Hours Per Week: 40

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days

SUMMARY:

This role plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources shared services model by serving as a first point of contact for team member inquiries and providing generalist-level HR support. This position contributes to the delivery of consistent, high-quality HR services across the organization, ensuring team members receive timely and accurate guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs. The Specialist will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and operational teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Service Delivery & Support

  • Respond to team member inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, onboarding, and other general HR topics.
  • Assist employees in navigating HR systems and accessing relevant resources.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR Centers of Excellence or senior HR staff.


Content Management

  • Maintain and update existing HR knowledge articles and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Apply governance standards (templates, naming conventions) and coordinate updates with COEs and content owners.
  • Identify outdated or missing content and escalate to appropriate content owners.
  • Support content tracking and audits, including maintaining logs and assisting with the annual review process.


HR Operations & Process Support

  • Support the implementation of HR programs such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance HR service delivery processes.


Data & Reporting

  • Supports with collection and organization of service delivery metrics and feedback for reporting and review
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards related to HR service center performance and employee experience.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with HR Strategy, HR Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in HR support.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and / or organizational information.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree required, or a minimum of one year of verifiable experience in Human Resources or a customer service–related role required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and technology platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to assess environments and respond empathetically to team member needs.
  • Analytical mindset with foundational skills in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a team-oriented, service-driven culture.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $22.00 - $29.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
