Schedule: Every third weekend, holiday rotation, day and evening shifts (5:00a-1:30p or 11:30a-8:00pm)

SUMMARY

As a Supervisor of Food and Nutrition Services, your exceptional customer service and attention to detail and guidance ensures the quality, timely and accurate distribution of meals to Rochester Regional patients, while creating a positive and satisfying experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service. Visit patients and inquire about food service satisfaction, including quality and quantity of food; act as a department representative in opening and closing of the kitchen
  • Leadership. Train and develop employees and perform evaluations; supervise kitchen, dish room, cafeteria and food prep including trey assembly and room service; ensure predetermined schedules are maintained and all nourishment requirements are met with accuracy; order supplies as needed
  • Documentation. Log all food temperatures, following departmental HAACP procedures

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE: $19.00 - $25.50

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
