As an Administrative Coordinator, you are key in the oversight, organization and management of your assigned department. Your strong attention to detail assures that requirements are met, and daily processes are maintained efficiently and accurately.

Hours Per Week: 40, Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Required Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
High level of proficiency with PC, software applications, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) years of administrative office experience in healthcare
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Responsibilities
Coordinate and obtain prior authorizations for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) placements with insurance providers
Arrange and schedule patient transportation
Monitor authorization and transportation status; escalate time‑sensitive issues as needed
Communicate with clinical teams, patients or families, SNFs, payers, and transportation vendors to support timely discharges
Answer and route incoming calls; provide accurate information as appropriate
Organize and maintain patient records and authorization documentation in compliance with HIPAA
Assist with Kronos/timecards and general administrative support
Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $19.00 - $25.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
