Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Allergy, Immunology & Rheumatology team. This unique position offers a blend of allergy and rheumatology care, providing a varied and engaging practice environment with strong physician and nursing support.
Whether you're evaluating complex allergy concerns, reviewing diagnostic testing, or assisting patients with chronic rheumatologic conditions, you'll play a key role in helping patients achieve better health and quality of life.
STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: Greece & Alexander Park, NY
DEPARTMENT: Allergy, Immunology, Rheumatology
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday | Days | 8-Hour Shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES/ATTRIBUTES
- Provide outpatient care in both Allergy/Immunology and Rheumatology
- Interpret and discuss allergy testing results
- Collaborate closely with experienced physicians, APPs, and dedicated nursing staff
- Participate in patient education and long-term chronic disease management
- Opportunity to be involved in clinical research initiatives within the practice
- Comfortable managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting

EDUCATION:
- BS: Physician Assistant (Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Moderate - Clinical - Moderate clinical roles are patient facing roles that require continual movement, including standing, walking, and lifting 20–50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling medical equipment and assisting with patient positioning. Employees perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching while completing fine motor tasks in busy or confined clinical environments. High sensory acuity is essential for monitoring patient status and responding to alarms or safety concerns. Emotional and cognitive demands are substantial, involving decision-making under pressure, responding to emergencies, and maintaining sustained focus. Environmental exposures include infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation. TB testing, mask-fit testing, and physical exams are common requirements.

- RPA - Registered Physician Assistant - NYS Office of Professions
PAY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
