Summary
This position is responsible for fulfilling the mission of Rochester Regional Health (RRH) clinical programs in Pain & Spine Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Works with healthcare provider, nursing and operational leadership to assure the delivery of state-of-the-art clinical care. Operationalizes the core RRH values by developing and sustaining an environment which supports excellence in the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) clinical practice and the care of the patients. Facilitates both clinical education and clinical investigation to advance the art and science of professional practices. Promotes the professional development of APP workforce across RRH.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates APP scheduling to assure maximum productivity of the workforce
- Works closely with Medical Staff Office and Centralized Credentialing to assure timely credentialing and privileging of APP workforce
- Collaborates with operational, nursing and healthcare provider leadership to provide the highest quality and most affordable patient care delivered with kindness, integrity and respect
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Master of Science in Nursing or Bachelors of Science in Physician Assistant Studies
- Advanced Practice Provider with current licensure in NYS
- Nationally Board Certification
- Minimum of 3 years working as an Advanced Practice Provider
EDUCATION:
- BS: Physician Assistant
- MS: Advanced Practice Nursing
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Light - Clinical - Light clinical roles involve frequent standing and walking, with occasional lifting of light objects (≤20 lbs.) and routine reaching, grasping, and fine manipulation for tasks such as patient care, laboratory work, or specimen processing. Staff rely on strong visual and auditory acuity to accurately observe specimens, read instrumentation, monitor patients, respond to alarms, and communicate effectively with care teams. Cognitive demands include multitasking, prioritizing clinical and laboratory workflows, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Emotional resilience is necessary due to frequent interruptions, shifting priorities, and the need for precise and compassionate interaction with patients and colleagues. Environmental exposures may include infectious materials, biological specimens, cleaning agents, sharps, chemical reagents, and wet surfaces. PPE use, TB testing, and schedule flexibility are commonly required.

- PA-C - Certified Physician Assistant - National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- NP - Nurse Practitioner Certification - NYS Office of Professions
PAY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
