CLINICAL LADDER PATHWAY
Nurses who advance on our clinical ladder receive a promotion at the bedside through growth in their skillset, a new title and monetary recognition.
STUDENT INTERNSHIPS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Students are able to participate in our nursing internship program (EXCEL) and have an opportunity to work as a student nurse patient care tech.
NEW GRADUATE RN PROGRAMS AND FELLOWSHIPS
New graduate nurses have the opportunity to participate in our nurse residency, emergency fellowship, and new graduate programs to determine what unit is the best fit.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
For every successful nurse referral with 6 months or more of experience, the referring employee receives a bonus.

TUITION ASSISTANCE
Benefit- eligible employees who are regularly scheduled for 20 or more hours per week are immediately eligible for tuition assistance.

LPN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Rochester Regional Health now offers an LPN Residency Program specifically designed to support newly licensed nurses as they transition into clinical practice.
"BETTER TOGETHER” EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
As part of the nursing team, if you refer a nursing candidate who has at least 6 months experience—and they are hired into a benefitted role—you will be eligible for a bonus.
