EXPLORE Nursing Program

Our EXPLORE nursing program gives you the opportunity to learn more about the areas of nursing that interest you, and further develop the skills and knowledge learned in nursing school. Designed only for recent nursing graduates, this unique program gives you a head start on your nursing career.

The EXPLORE Program features:

• A paid program located at Rochester General Hospital, Unity Hospital, and United Memorial Medical Center.
• Rotational program provides the opportunity to experience 3 different units within the hospital
• Opportunity to work alongside experienced nurse preceptors
• Weekly educational opportunities, networking events and shadowing events to explore other units.

To be eligible for the EXPLORE Graduate Nursing Program:

• Valid New York State Registered Nurse license
• No previous experience as a Registered Nurse
