Graduate Nurse Program

Our Graduate Nurse Program is a supportive, cohort-based experience designed to help new nurses confidently launch their careers while preparing for the NCLEX. Participants are placed in a Med/Surg unit at one of our hospitals and receive 32 hours per week of hands-on, unit-based orientation. Alongside this, they are provided with eight hours per week of paid NCLEX preparation, including our NCLEX Boot Camp and access to ATI NCLEX Review resources.

The Graduate Nurse Program provides all-inclusive support to kick-start their nursing profession, with:

  • Classroom-based Clinical Orientation (2 weeks)
  • Comprehensive Unit-Based Orientation (8 weeks)
  • NCLEX Bootcamp (4 hours/week for 5 weeks)
  • ATI NCLEX Review (virtual asynchronous)
  • Nurse Residency Program Participation
